BRIDAL SERVICE AGREEMENT 2023

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • A 40% non-refundable retainer is due to secure your wedding date with Makeup By Jenna LLC, and will be deducted from your grand total upon final payment. Any additional services may be added no later than 10 days prior to the wedding date. Additional services will be added onto the current invoice and will be due with the remaining balance. In the event the party wishes to downgrade fewer bridesmaids/mom services, the party agrees to pay the full contracted amount listed on the the full balance of the invoice.

CONSULTATION/Preview

  • I recommend the bride has a makeup trial before the wedding to ensure proper services on the day of the wedding. Bringing pictures of your desired look can be helpful as well!

  • Preview cost is $125.00

  • All previews are held at my studio in Massillon, OH Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00am - 6:00pm

DAY OF WEDDING

  • All makeup services booked for the bridal party must be 7 days before the wedding date.

  • All bridal party members having their makeup done should arrive with a clean, exfoliated and moisturized face.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The 40% retainer is non-refundable. Any payment made beyond the retainer fee will be refunded if cancelled at least sixty (60) days before your reserved wedding date.

  • One month prior to the date of the wedding, I will make contact with the bride/contract holder to confirm time, location, names of bridesmaids and services to be performed. After this confirmation, the contract holder will be responsible for any and all cancelled services.

MISCELLANEOUS 

  • A $50.00 fee applies to all returned checks.

  • A travel fee of $0.75/mile round trip will be added to all locations.

  • Client agrees to hold Makeup By Jenna LLC harmless from all liability connected with makeup services as rendered.

  • If on-site location is over 100miles from Wadsworth, OH 44281, a hotel stay fee is required.

  • Additional travel/parking/valet fees may apply

  • A start time before 8:00am will result in a $85.00 fee due the day of the Wedding

  • In the event of a family emergency or severe illness on the day of the Wedding, all money aside from the trial preformed will be refunded to the bride. In all out effort, Makeup By Jenna will reach out to recommend makeup artists on their availability to see if they could cover the day.

  • MAXIMUM of 8 ladies total. (1 bride + 7 ladies)

  • MINIMUM of 5 ladies total. (1 bride + 4 ladies)

* Wedding date will not be reserved on the calendar until this Agreement has been submitted. *
